Attended the last Domestic Science Class of the year today @ BSRC. Today's menu was KEROPOK KETAM & KEK BATIK VICO. Really easy & yummyyy too, really luv it.
1st Menu : KEROPOK KETAM
This one is when the crab stick been fried until crispy.
And this one ..... ready to eat .....
2nd menu : KEK BATIK VICO.
Lapas mixing all the ingredients, now it is cooked until slightly thicken.
2 ways either mixing the Marie Biscuits in this mixture or as per below by layering the Marie Bisbuits.
I prefer to mix it.
This is the final process. To be put in the fridge for a few hours.
On Sunday 13th December, got the chance to make this KEK BATIK. I bet udah ready ni for sure lesap in a few second. I know my children love this kind of treats.
